Free shit to make your life easier: The Open Policy Index

Adam and I started to notice a repeating question reverberating across the many excellent People people slack groups and communities that we’re part of.

“Has anyone got a policy for…” 

So we put on our thinking caps and figured it might be a cool community-driven project to invite everyone to contribute to a spicy Airtable database and share the love.

The result? 300+ policies and counting!

Tip: Be transparent about…your approach to transparency as a business!

💡 It’s important for everyone to know what transparency means to you, what you do and don’t share by default and why it’s important to your business.
